Home building organization provides opportunities for families and individuals to move into homeownership affordably.

Volunteers and community partners work together to build safe, decent, and affordable homes in partnership with working persons in need of affordable housing.
Home builds are single-family detached houses to multi-unit developments.
Homes are sold at fair market value with a no down payment mortgage.
Mortgage payments are geared to income and are recycled to build other Habitat homes.
Future homeowner partners contribute a minimum of 500 volunteer hours.
Funds generated at Habitat ReStores are used to fund local homebuilding projects in the community.

The Habitat ReStore- Home improvement and building supply stores that accept and resell new and gently-used building materials, furniture, appliances, home decor items, clothing and accessories.
