| Description | Alpha House will provide accommodation and support services to young mothers and their babies. The house can accommodate up to five women and their infants. In partnership with Northumberland Youth for Christ, Alpha House also offers a teen parent clothing swap at the Youth for Christ location on Tuesday afternoons. On Wednesday evenings from 5 pm until 6:30 pm, S.W.A.P. (Supper With a Purpose) group is held at Alpha House. This group is open to non-residents and provides dinner, child care and transportation if needed. Residents are also supported in continuing their education and attaining high school credits while at Alpha House. | |||
