| Description | Go Girls! Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies is a school based,7 week mentoring program that involves girls in grade 7 and 8. It is designed to provide girls with information and support to assist them in making healthy choices around the issues of physical activity, balanced eating and feeling good about themselves. |
