Description (Service) | Full range of opportunities for adult learners of all ages to develop new skills/certifications, to enhance current knowledge and to achieve personal goals related to further education and employment. Full-time and part-time programs are offered. Programs Offered: * Literacy & Essential Skills preparing students for credit courses and enhancing employment and employability/funded by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities * Ontario Secondary School Certificate (Grade 11) * Ontario Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12) * Adult Day School (18+ year olds, day school) * PLAR for Mature Students (Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition) * Correspondence Courses * Co-operative Education * Maturity and Equivalency Credits * Personal Support Worker * Independent Learning Courses (ILC) * ESL classes |

Eligibility | Ages: 18 year(s) and up Adults; Simcoe County residents; 18 years old or out of school for 1 year, exceptions may apply; Adult Upgrading Programs; 19 years and up; Phoenix Program; 18-20 years; Correspondence; Students, 18 years or older, not attending a secondary school; Students attending a secondary school part-time may register with written approval from their school principal. |
