| Description (Service) | Community based support to individuals and families who are living with the ongoing effects of an acquired brain injury (ABI) * rehabilitation services are based on each person's specific needs as identified by the individual and their support network * program components are delivered through one on one support or group activities and may include: * Brain Injury Education * Family Support and Education * Cognitive Rehabilitation * Community Integration * Resource and Referral service Accredited by Accreditation Canada and a member of the North Simcoe Muskoka Community Support Services Collaborative (NSMCSSC) and the North Simcoe Muskoka Acquired Brain Injury Collaborative (NSMABIC) |
