Description (Service) A program for parents suffering from mood changes after the birth of a baby * meet other new parents experiencing mood changes * discuss relationships and difficult emotions, learn coping strategies and how to take care of yourself * facilitated by a Mental Health professional  
 
Limited child monitoring available for walking children. To register your child/ren for child monitoring please call the EarlyON Centre by Monday at noon and leave a message at 705-792-7878
