Description (Service) Charitable community-based organization of staff and volunteers dedicated to making positive changes within the community 
Programs include:  
* BVO Preschool 
* Breakfast Club for elementary school children at BVCS 
* EarlyON (formerly Ontario Early Years Centre) - Satellite Site 
* Kids Club - Before and After School Program at BVCS 
* Youth Engagement 
* Volunteer Engagement 
* New Territory for Seniors 
* Answers4Seniors 
* Good Neighbours, in partnership with Foodland - cashiers ask to add 25 cents or more to the purchase and the money collected will go to buy gift cards for families within the community * An easier way for people to donate food to avoid issues of handling, food storage and identifying best before dates 
Services include:  
* Recreational Funding Subsidy Program 
* Treasure Shop 
* Emergency Services - food and other by appointment 
* Good Food Box 
* Christmas Hampers 
BVO is also involved in the following community events:  
* Easter Eggstravaganza 
* Christmas Food Drive and Volunteer Appreciation
