Description (Service) Provides support, public and professional education, and promotes research to find a cause and cure for Alzheimer disease. Services include:  
* resource library  
* early stage support group  
* speaker program to community agencies and interested groups  
* family support/self-help groups to ensure caregivers that they are not alone  
* advanced care planning 
Memory Café - support group for people with dementia. Meets twice monthly to discuss latest news and offer support to each other * Contact office for details and to join 
Minds in Motion - a community-based social program that incorporates physical activity and mental stimulation for people with early to mid-stage signs of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias and their care partners * Contact office for details and to join
