| Description (Service) | Home for Life is NOT accepting new patients at this time Home for Life recruits and trains volunteers to provide friendship and support to individuals and couples helping them to remain independent and confident in their home as long as possible Some of the services provided by volunteers are: * friendly visiting and social outings * dog walking * grocery shopping * laundry * basic computer help Home for Life is operated by Community Connection in partnership with the South Georgian Bay Community Health Link * To find out more about the local Health Link visit this site |
