* Food bank, can be accessed once a month * 4-7 day supply 
* advocacy work 
* transportation (limited availability - for medical or emergency travel) 
* help for fire victims  
* emergency accommodations, homeless  
* emergency support for utilities and rent (during winter months provided there are funds in the budget)  
* financial assistance for medical expenses 
* denture financial assistance 
* 50+ Dining Club (Once a month), free lunch 
* Christmas food hampers and toy hampers

Hours Food bank: Tue 1 pm-4 pm, Thu 10 am-1 pm * available other hours by appointment only
Dates Jan-Nov food bank accessible in December you must register for a Christmas Hamper, registration for that is in the month of November only to book an appointment to register for a Christmas Hamper 519-357-1387
