Service Details

Public Comments SOAHAC improves access to and quality of health services for the Aboriginal community of Southwest Ontario (locations in London, Chippewas of the Thames First Nation (Muncey), Windsor, Waterloo/Cambridge and Owen Sound), providing holistic health services to on and off reserve, status, non-status, First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities.
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30pm
Areas Served Bruce County ; Grey County ; First Nation communities in the surrounding area, both on and off reserve and from the community of Owen Sound.
Eligibility First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities
Application Self-referrals and external referrals accepted.
