Description (Service) Regional project aims to build public awareness and support to welcome refugees and newcomers in rural communities. Community space provides refugees and vulnerable newcomers with resources, information and opportunities to interact with the community. Services include: 
* weekly drop-in assistance for newcomers 
* services offered jointly with community partners 
* training sessions for service providers 
Project plans also include an interactive virtual information hub for newcomers, a toolkit for rural communities to use to support vulnerable newcomers, a mentoring peer support network and training and workshops for service providers and newcomer sponsors
