Description (Service) Delivers centrally coordinated, community based programs and services to Métis Communities in Ontario * support services are client-driven, family centered and provide holistic care 
Programs focus on: 
healthy parenting 
early childhood development 
chronic disease management  
healthy ageing 
independent living 
prevention of addictions 
and problem gambling 
mental wellness 
Video conferencing suites are available on-site and use Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) to provide psychiatry and other health care specialists with a remote connection to patients and clients 
Active Fun Kit available with various physical activity equipment (basketballs, hockey helmets, snowshoes, parachutes etc.) that families or community groups can loan out for free to use at a birthday party, community picnic, family reunion, or just for fun.
