Description (Service) | Healthy Living program helps community members to: * increase their levels of physical activity and cardiovascular health * become smoke-free * increase their knowledge of nutrition * develop healthy eating practices and weight management * weekly programming includes Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning, Gentle Yoga Healthy Kids - education on healthy eating * increased physical activities for children, teens and their families * The Healthy Kids Program allows children to build relationships, increase confidence, reach personal goals and live healthy lifestyles. |
