Description
| Description (Service) | 12-week community-based treatment program focusing on client recovery from concurrent mental health and substance abuse and/or other addiction related concerns. Program consists of evidence-based, best practice treatment approaches while also incorporating Indigenous cultural elements into the core programs content. Specifically:
Individualized treatment plans are developed with an additional 6-weeks of aftercare support be provided. Program is offered either in-person, online, or through a combination of both. |
