Description (Service) | Services to children, youth and their families are offered as a means of solving social, emotional and family problems and strengthening the children and their families to improve quality of life * Drop-in every Tuesday from 9am-11:30am in Stratford & Clinton * Individual and group counselling *Office locations in Clinton, Listowel and Stratford - inquiries can be directed to your nearest location PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN * Timely Access – Brief services include: weekly drop-in clinic, solution-focused sessions, tele-mental health referrals and other community referrals, * Intensive Services – Day treatment, 1-1 support, residential care referrals * Counselling & therapy * Children's Mental Health Centre with family supports CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH Outpatient services - Individual, family, parent education and group services for children/youth with mental health issues up to age 18 years Section 23 - Specialized classrooms for children with significant mental health needs offered in partnership with the Huron and Perth county school boards * capacity is limited and there can be a waiting time * one classroom in Perth (Stratford) * Youth Justice Services assist youth at various stages of involvement with the youth justice system * School-based Youth Outreach Services * Clinical Supports Intervention * Local Resolution Team (LRT) multi-agency response * Youth Justice Committee 519 271-9454 x 2232 (Perth only) * Youth Justice Dedicated to Probation * Diversion Program accepts referrals from Perth County OPP and Stratford Police Services as an alternative to charges and traditional court involvement for first time or non-violent offences 519-271-9454 x 2234 Crisis Response - 24/7 service for serious mental health crises, suicide risk or psychosis * offered in partnership with the Huron Perth Helpline and Crisis Response Team * to access call 1-888-829-7484 Member agency of Support Services Network for Male Survivors in Ontario. |
