Description (Service) | COVID19 Services are being offered via phone. If urgent care required, in home services offered. Assessment and treatment provided for older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, confusion, cognitive impairment and changes in behaviour. Services are time limited and include community treatment. In-service training provided to Long Term Care Homes, community groups, and residential care homes. Psychogeriatric clinics and resource consultation |

Eligibility | Adults 65 years and older, or 50 years and older with a cognitive impairment. Family member or caregiver of a senior with mental health concerns, residents of Huron and Perth Counties or those non-residents having a Doctor associated with a Huron or Perth County Hospital
