| Description (Service) | Community Education Program includes: Heads Up for Healthier Brains - for grade 4 students and older, content supports grade 4/5 curriculum on physical development and organ function * topics include Alzheimer's disease and its effect on families, overall brain function, taking care of one's own brain health * Secondary school programs are appropriate for anatomy, family studies, parenting, biology and health classes * all programs can be tailored to meet the needs of the students and teacher Aging with Vitality - for service clubs and community groups * focuses on reducing the risk of dementia Dementia-related topics appropriate for service clubs, community groups, church groups and professional groups. Topics are tailored to meet the needs of the group participants. |
