Description (Service) Offers a safe space for all urban Aboriginal community members to have fun and improve their health. Hands-on activities include: 
* interactive workshops 
* healthy nutrition information 
* cooking classes 
* fitness training 
* smoking cessation support 
* sports and recreational activities 
* youth leadership development, training and mentoring to be healthy living leaders 
* community events 
Healthy Kids program offers culture-based activities to enhance the well-being, self-esteem, sense of identity and traditional knowledge of urban Aboriginal children and their families. Provides recreational and physical fitness activities, access to healthy foods, opportunities to learn about healthy nutrition and interactive workshops. Promotes local culture, traditions and ceremonies
