Description (Service) Collaborative of community agencies and citizens aims to reduce youth homelessness in Nogojiwanong/Peterborough. Coordinates services and resources in order to: 
* increase early identification of youth at risk of homelessness 
* improve education and support for youth and their families 
* minimize discharges from the system of care into homelessness 
* increase housing options 
Affiliated with A Way Home national movement that works with partners across Canada
