Description (Service) Vocational programming based on the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. IPS assumes an interdisciplinary support team approach and focuses on client centered goals, client strengths, rapid job placement, and good employer relationships. IPS is rooted in best practices for supporting individuals who identify mental health concerns as an employment barrier.

Persons with mental health concerns that are interested in securing and/or maintaining employment. Ready and willing to prepare for, obtain and maintain work * legally eligible to work in Canada.
