DescriptionCanadian Mental Health Association Durham is a community mental health centre that promotes and enhances mental, emotional, and physical well-being through education, collaboration, advocacy, and the provision of a broad range of direct services.  
Programs offered include: Community Access Services - first point of contact for the community; Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic with onsite Pharmacy; Rehabilitation Services; Housing Case Management; Transitional Rehabilitation Housing Project (TRHP); Assertive Community Treatment (ACT); Community Treatment Order (CTO); Health Promotion, Public Relations - education and training services. Youth After School Program (YASP) They are also involved in many partnership initiatives throughout Durham Region with other service providers.
