Description (Service) Dedicated to sponsoring and supporting 116 Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps Skeena and 194 Navy League Cadet Corps Northumberland.  
* Navy League Cadet Program provides youth the opportunity to develop important life-skills. This nautically themed program prepares the youth of Northumberland develop key values and skills. 
* Royal Canadian Sea Cadet program is delivered in partnership by the Navy League and the Department of National Defense. The program fosters the development of leadership skills, good citizenship and physical fitness.
