Description (Service) | Services include community integration strategies, referrals, program activities and social events, resource library, public awareness and advocacy on a regional basis. * Services are provided at head office and on an outreach basis within the four counties * ABI LINK Professional Referrals can be made by primary care professionals * ABI LINK Self/Caregiver applications can be made by individuals and their care partners * Support available to complete forms * Speakers available upon request * Programs may change according to need and season. |
