Description

Description (Service) Supports adults living with a dual diagnosis (developmental disability and mental health issue(s)) through a supported independent living program.
  • Provides assessment via the Ontario Common Assessment of Need (OCAN).
  • Offers client-centered support services that promote stabilization and independent living as mandated by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.
  • Individual progress is a result of collaboration with psychiatrists, family members, community partners, psychoeducational opportunities, crisis intervention, and addiction supports.

Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Peterborough ; Peterborough (County of)
Eligibility Must have a confirmed diagnosis of developmental disability and also live with a mental health issue.  
 
All intakes are completed through Developmental Services Ontario.
