Description (Service) Outreach Literacy is an Employment Ontario service delivery site providing communications, numeracy and essential skills training services to assist adults in transitioning to employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education or independence. Free assessments, upgrading short courses and 1:1 tutoring are available.
