Description (Service)Kawartha Concerts, a not-for-profit charitable organization celebrates over 36 seasons of presenting various music series and events in the Kawarthas. Kawartha Concerts Series is a classical music series featuring world class performing artists of national and international acclaim; along with outreach, educational and collaborative events for youth such as Master Classes, music workshops and youth concerts. Kawartha Concerts also facilities community performance events and music workshops, networking opportunities for music teachers and performance groups, and the annual Bursary Trust Fund Music competition.  
Kawartha Concerts is also the parent organization of the family performing arts series - ENCORE Children's Productions. 
Volunteer opportunities always available. Anyone interested in volunteering is encouraged to complete the on-line form at http://www.kawarthaconcerts.ca  
DatesThe Kawartha Concerts Series runs from October to June 
Encore Children's Production series from October to May 
Annual Bursary Scholarship audition application deadline is March 1st each year.
