DescriptionA local agency of Community Care Northumberland. Programs and services for seniors and disabled adults include Hospice, Meals on Wheels, Transportation, Diner's Club, Home Help/Maintenance, Caregiver Support, Friendly Visiting and Telephone Security Checks. There are many volunteer opportunities. Partners with local secondary schools for Students Supporting Seniors offered each spring and fall.
