| Description (Service) | Offers drop-in and scheduled programing. Each location offers a range of different recreational programing opportunities that are scheduled in consultation with the members. A monthly schedule is posted for each site and participants can attend as many activities as they are interested in. Services include life skills groups, social recreation activities, Community Kitchens and others. Some scheduled activities may occur offsite, as posted in the Monthly Calendars. |

| Eligibility | For individuals living with mental illness and/or addiction who are seeking social connection in a group setting. Participants must be able and willing to interact appropriately in a group setting and follow the responsibilities and guidelines of the program. They must also have set goals to enhance relationships and foster community. 18 years and up. |
| Application | Self-referrals are accepted, as well as referrals from support workers or other helping professionals. Call to make an appointment to meet with the Group Services coordinator. |
