Description (Service)

Works with families and communities to assist children with physical, developmental and communication disorders by offering:

Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, family counseling, pediatric assessments, specialized clinics, augmentative communication services, and recreation services.
Specialized services include seating/orthotics clinic, orthopedics clinic, spina bifida clinic, palato-facial management clinic; resource teams for acquired brain injuries, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, and pervasive developmental disorder
Parent information resources, equipment, and software available on a loan basis.

Eligibility	Infants, toddlers, children, and youth age 0-19 who require therapy intervention for communication disorder, physical disability, and/or developmental coordination disorder. Augmentative communication services for children from toddlers to age 21 years. Ages: 21 year(s) and under;
Application	Parents can self-refer their children for most therapies Pediatric therapies referral must come from a physician. Visit website for referral information
